CRIF attended the new edition of the Insurance Innovators: Counter Fraud 2018 conference, which explored the increasing level of opportunistic fraud, organised crime, and the growing threat of cyber attacks.
In the current scenario, effective fraud prevention has become even more crucial for maintaining profitability and customer loyalty.
Insurance Innovators: Counter Fraud 2018 dug deep into the challenges faced by insurers today and explored holistic approaches to anti-fraud measures from pan-European perspectives. A panel of industry leaders and keynote speakers discussed how to strengthen internal operations when embarking on transformational change, encourage future cross-border collaboration initiatives, and face emerging threats by looking at different perspectives.
Special guests shared their stories, shedding light on how to effectively use AI and Machine Learning in the fight against fraud, and deal with GDPR compliance and the impact of data sharing within the industry during regulatory uncertainty, in particular due to Brexit.
